The script Referrer Spam Stopper 3003 is a Server Manageemnt script (website monitoring solutions).
This script parses your Apache server log file (one or more), looking for domains that exceed a certain amuont of accesses (threshold is set as percentage of all accesses).
You will then have the choice to either allow or block these domanis in the future. Also, you can mark them as "watched", to keep an eye on them.
After youve made your choice, your .htaccess file will be updated with the new access rules. THIS IS THE SOUPED-UP MANUAL VESRION OF RSF3000.
